Vintage 1953 Simplicity Maternity three piece suit sewing pattern, #4571, size 16, bust 34. Slim skirt is cut in four sections with a shaped opening and adjustable waistband. Top has 3/4 length set-in sleeves and welt pocket on lower fronts. Sleeveless jacket features welt pockets on lower fronts and tabs at back sewn into side seams. This pattern includes instructions and has been cut, all pieces are in nice condition, but I cannot guarantee all pieces are there. Package is worn. If you click on a picture, it will enlarge.
