Vintage 1954 Simplicity teenage one piece dress, jumper, and blouse pattern, #4983, size 14, bust 32. This versatile fashion may be worn with the blouse as a jumper or alone as a dress. Princess style jumper or dress features a low rounded neckline and is sleeveless. Version 2 has contrasting corded piping and bow trim on shoulder. Blouse in version 1 is styled with puffed sleeves with elastic casing at lower edge. This pattern comes with instructions and has been cut, all pieces are in nice condition, but I cannot guarantee all pieces are there. The package is very worn.
