Vintage 1950 Simplicity Truly Teen Style One Piece Dress Pattern, #3186, size 14, bust 32. Shirred shoulder seams with button trim and a full gathered skirt with a deep soft pleat at the center front are features of the sleeveless dress with bias cut bodice.
