My main goal at Smilin' Eyes Treasures is for a safe, fun, and mutually satisfying shopping experience. I am happy to answer any questions via email before you purchase and after your purchase I will keep in touch with you letting you know when payment has been received and has cleared and when I will ship your item along with the delivery confirmation number and method of shipment.

PAYMENT: I accept Paypal, Postal Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Cashier's Checks. All payments will need to clear before I ship which can take 5 to 15 business days depending on payment method. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase.

SHIPPING: Buyer pays for shipping, insurance, and delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation is required on all items. Insurance is required on all fragile and more expensive items. I pack very carefully and use lots of packing materials. I do not charge a handling fee but in order to do this I do use clean, recycled and sometimes previously used packing materials.

I normally ship USPS and with the new shipping rates I send either Priority Mail or Parcel Post depending on the weight and size of the box required. If you purchase multiple items I will do my best to combine shipping to keep the cost as low as possible.

I normally ship within 2-3 days after payment has cleared.

RETURNS: Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of my careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. I will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you must notify me within 2 days of receipt of item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost including insurance and delivery confirmation. Upon receipt of the returned item in it's original condition with my seller's mark intact, I will promptly refund your item purchase price only. Shipping either way is not refundable. I do my best to accurately describe all items including any flaws and provide pictures, and also encourage any questions before you purchase to avoid any misunderstandings.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Many of my items I will ship internationally, USPS Priority Mail only.  I do not have this site set up to calculate international shipping, so if you are interested in an item, please email me for the cost. If you are still interested in purchasing the item, I will need to send you an invoice. Because the site is not set up for international shipping, it will not allow you to place an order. All payments are to be made in US dollars.

ZAZZLE PURCHASES:  Any purchases from my gallery on Zazzle are handled completely through Zazzle.  You can contact me to request products to be created from my images, or with questions, but the actual purchase is solely through Zazzle.

GREETING CARD UNIVERSE PURCHASES:  Any purchases from my shop on Greeting Card Universe are handled completely through Greeting Card Universe.  You can contact me to request text on cards or for special requests or questions, but the actual purchase is solely through Greeting Card Universe.
